Prematurity and functional gastrointestinal disorders in infancy: a cross-sectional study

Preterm infants do not show a higher incidence of functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) within their first two years. Invasive neonatal procedures were not linked to increased FGID risk in these infants.
