Integrin alpha 6 is upregulated and drives hepatocellular carcinoma progression through integrin α6β4 complex

Integrin alpha6 (ITGA6) is elevated in liver cancer (HCC) and promotes tumor growth by interacting with integrin beta4 (ITGB4). Targeting the integrin alpha6beta4 complex may offer a new therapeutic strategy for HCC patients.
