Deep learning driven biosynthetic pathways navigation for natural products with BioNavi-NP

BioNavi-NP is a new toolkit for predicting natural product (NP) biosynthetic pathways. It accurately identifies pathways and building blocks, aiding NP discovery and reconstruction.
