In vivo generated autologous plasmin assisted vitrectomy in young patients

Preoperative injection of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and autologous whole blood (AWB) effectively induces posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) in young patients. This method simplifies vitrectomy by facilitating PVD separation, improving surgical outcomes.
