Scrub Typhus Presenting as Unilateral Abducens Nerve Palsy: A Case Report

Scrub typhus, an infectious disease, can rarely cause abducens nerve palsy. Early diagnosis and doxycycline treatment are crucial for recovery from this rare neurological complication.
