Intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) injections effectively treat choroidal neovascularization (CNV) in best vitelliform macular dystrophy (BVMD). Intraretinal fluid regression on optical coherence tomography (OCT) indicates treatment success.
