Transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) offers a new, minimally invasive approach for ovarian drilling in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. This technique facilitates simultaneous fertility assessment and treatment, aiming to restore spontaneous ovulation with reduced patient impact.
