Free Functional Muscle Transfer following Upper Extremity Sarcoma Resection: A Case Report

- This case highlights the efficacy of combining gracilis free functional muscle transfer with a profunda artery perforator flap for complex upper extremity reconstruction.
- The single donor-site approach minimizes morbidity.
