This study found that virtual reality simulated learning environments (VR SLEs) are a feasible and acceptable way to train physician assistant (PA) and medical degree (MD) students alongside social work (SW) students on social determinants of health (SDOH). The VR training enhanced interprofessional collaboration and understanding of diverse roles in healthcare.
