Identification of useful genes from multiple microarrays for ulcerative colitis diagnosis based on machine learning

This study identifies two genes, OLFM4 and C4BPB, that can help diagnose ulcerative colitis (UC) and predict its immune regulation. These gene biomarkers show high accuracy in distinguishing UC patients from healthy individuals.
