Summary

Dynamic susceptibility contrast perfusion imaging (DSC-PI) can help detect isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) gene mutations in gliomas. Percentage signal recovery (PSR) values from DSC-PI reliably differentiate between IDH-mutant and wild-type gliomas.
