Stabilizing and anti-repressor (SAR) elements enhance recombinant therapeutic protein (RTP) production in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. SAR7 and SAR40 elements significantly boosted and sustained long-term transgene expression, offering a promising strategy for increasing RTP yields.
