Thyroid hormone decreasing after mechanical thrombectomy for cerebral infarction

Mechanical thrombectomy (MT) significantly decreases thyroid hormones, specifically TSH and FT3, in patients with cerebral infarction. Iodine contrast agent use correlates with reduced FT3 levels post-procedure.
