    • Cervical ulceration positive for Herpes simplex was noted.

    • The patient was found to be asymptomatically infected with seven distinct sexually transmitted organisms.
    • Despite negative serological tests for syphilis (VDRL, FTA-ABS) and absence of treponemes on dark-field microscopy, a Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction suggested incubating syphilis.
    • This case demonstrates the challenge of identifying multiple STIs simultaneously in a single patient.
