Evaluation of the Global Lung Function Initiative reference equations in Belgian adults

The Global Lung Function Initiative (GLI) equations fit Belgian adults well, but the lower limit of normal may lead to underdiagnosis. Height and age associations may misclassify airway obstruction and diffusion disorders.
