Inhibiting Transglutaminase 2 Mediates Kidney Fibrosis via Anti-Apoptosis.

Transglutaminase 2 (TG2) is linked to chronic kidney disease (CKD) progression. Inhibiting TG2 in advanced CKD may protect kidneys by reducing cell death and inflammation.
