[A case of angiosarcoma of both breasts]

• Surgical removal of both breast tumors (bilateral mastectomies) led to a significant reduction in the patient's bleeding tendency within one week.

Implications:

• Tumor removal can be a critical intervention for managing life-threatening hemorrhage associated with DIC in specific clinical contexts.
