Summary
Tumour-like pulmonary tuberculosis can mimic lung cancer in patients with or without human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Prompt diagnosis and antimycobacterial therapy led to successful treatment in all reported cases, including those with uncontrolled HIV.
