[Tubal choriocarcinoma]

The authors report a case of tubal choriocarcinoma discovered by chance during an ectopic pregnancy. The literature was reviewed on this subject. The treatment vary according to the authors, but, it would seem that chemotherapy has clearly modified the prognosis. But, we must realize that, with such a rare disease, diagnosis and treatment are sometimes difficult to obtain.
