[Changes in the albumin content of mouse hepatocytes in vitro]

Using the immunoenzyme method followed by the cytophotometrical analysis the dynamics of albumin content changes in isolated mouse hepatocytes in culture was studied. The data obtained point to cyclic changes of the albumin content in the liver cells with the 1 hour periodicity similar to the changes in the rate of protein synthesis revealed for the same cells.
