Management of Beta-Lactam Antibiotics Allergy: A Real-Life Study

Beta-lactam allergy labels are often inaccurate. A standardized allergy workup, including skin tests and drug challenges, can safely delabel most patients, confirming true allergies in only 18.3% and supporting antimicrobial stewardship.
