Tricuspid leaflet flail after Micra™ leadless pacemaker implantation: a case report

Leadless pacemakers have limited indications. A young patient developed severe tricuspid regurgitation after Micra™ implantation, requiring valve repair and pacemaker replacement.

- This case highlights potential complications of leadless pacemakers, particularly in younger patients.
- Transesophageal echocardiography guidance may reduce the risk of major complications during leadless pacemaker procedures.
