Summary

Tooth extraction can lead to medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) in patients on antiresorptive drugs (ARDs). Panoramic X-rays can identify risk factors like infection and bone sclerosis at extraction sites, aiding in MRONJ prediction.
