Summary

This study demonstrates a new endoscopic technique for selective amygdalohippocampectomy (SelAH) through the anterior middle temporal gyrus (aMTG). This minimally invasive approach shows potential for reducing cognitive and visual deficits in patients with mesial temporal sclerosis.
