    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the clinical utility of detecting toxoplasma antibodies in aqueous humor for diagnosing toxoplasmic uveitis.
    • To assess the diagnostic accuracy of aqueous humor antibody testing in specific patient groups.

    • Aqueous humor and serum samples were collected from patients with posterior uveitis, Fuchs's heterochromia, and cataracts.
