Bilateral vs Unilateral Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulation in Patients With Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Bilateral hypoglossal nerve stimulation (biHNS) shows comparable safety and effectiveness to unilateral hypoglossal nerve stimulation (uniHNS) for obstructive sleep apnea. Further long-term studies are needed to confirm biHNS stability.
