Summary

Nystagmus is common in Down Syndrome (DS), but its subtypes are difficult to diagnose. This study characterized nystagmus in DS patients, finding presumed Infantile Nystagmus Syndrome (INS) most frequent and highlighting the need for accurate differentiation.
