Effectiveness of a Digital Peer Support Training Program Designed for Rapid Uptake Among Peer Support Specialists

A 4-hour digital peer support (DPS) training program significantly improved peer support specialists' attitudes, abilities, and organizational readiness for delivering telemental health services. This standardized training equips specialists to expand access to care.
