Placentas from in vitro fertilization (IVF) conceived monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA) twins show no significant differences in placental sharing, angioarchitecture, or birth weight discordance compared to spontaneously conceived twins. These findings suggest outcomes may not stem from placental variations.
