Morphine for chronic breathlessness in COPD: improvement predictors-cross-sectional study

Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) experiencing severe breathlessness may benefit from morphine. Higher baseline breathlessness and body mass index (BMI) predict a meaningful improvement in breathlessness with morphine treatment.
