Summary

Differences in activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) measurements between reagents are linked to C-reactive protein (CRP). CRP interacts with phospholipids, causing pseudo-prolongation and affecting APTT results, particularly with the Coagpia APTT-n reagent.
