This case report details an unusual presentation of a natal tooth on a pedunculated stalk of alveolar mucosa.
The patient was a newborn presenting at a community hospital.
The natal tooth required surgical intervention.

Findings:

The unusual pedunculated morphology of the natal tooth was identified.
Surgical extraction was successfully performed.
The management addressed potential complications like feeding difficulties and tongue ulceration.

Implications:

This case expands the understanding of rare natal tooth presentations.
