Evaluation of the Global Lung Function Initiative 2012 reference values for spirometry in an Iranian population

The Global Lung Function Initiative 2012 (GLI-2012) spirometry norms are not fully applicable to the Iranian population, particularly for children under 10. While suitable for adults over 21, they may overestimate airway obstruction in those under 21.
