Summary

This study demonstrates a safe and effective method for pacemaker implantation using left bundle branch pacing (LBBP) through the right subclavian vein (RSV) approach. Tricuspid valve annulus (TVA) angiography and a novel ECG/EGM monitoring cable facilitated precise lead placement and improved procedural outcomes.
