Non-statin therapies offer new options for managing dyslipidemia and lowering low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol. Bempedoic acid, a statin-like drug, effectively reduces cholesterol without causing myopathy, expanding treatment choices beyond traditional statins.
