Percutaneous lumbar transforaminal endoscopic discectomy (PTED) with intraoperative computed tomography (iCT) navigation is a safe and effective treatment for L5-S1 far-lateral lumbar disc herniation (LDH). This minimally invasive approach significantly improves patient pain and function.
