- Higher median age was observed in the ACC group (53 years) versus the AsGS group (46 years, p=0.014).

- Anatomical variations of the extrahepatic bile duct, particularly increased duct length, are significantly associated with ACC.
- Longer cystic and common bile ducts correlate with a higher likelihood of developing ACC.
- Further investigation with larger sample sizes is warranted to validate these findings and refine clinical application.
