Vas deferens abscesses are exceptionally uncommon clinical occurrences.

This report details a case of vas deferens rupture secondary to an abscess.
The rupture resulted in significant pelvic inflammation.

Findings:

Surgical drainage was necessary to manage the severe pelvic inflammation.
Vas deferens abscess rupture represents a rare but serious complication.
