Pyomyositis, a skeletal muscle infection, was incidentally discovered in a patient with quadriparesis, anemia, and hypercalcemia. Fluorodeoxyglucose Positron Emission Tomography-Computed Tomography (FDG PET-CT) enabled diagnosis of this occult infection, guiding successful treatment.
