Risk Factors of Second Local Recurrence in Surgically Treated Recurrent Brain Metastases: An Exploratory Analysis

Second local recurrences of brain metastases (BM) after initial surgery are common. Subtotal resection and infratentorial location predict a worse prognosis for these recurrent brain metastases.
