Second-generation distal attachment cuff for adenoma detection in screening colonoscopy: a randomized multicenter

The Endocuff Vision (ECV) significantly improved adenoma detection rates (ADR) during colonoscopic screening. This device enhances the detection of small polyps, potentially reducing interval cancers.
