Background:

The "Internet+ Nursing" service model is emerging to address the growing need for home-based care, particularly for the elderly population.
Optimizing these services requires understanding user demographics, service utilization patterns, and satisfaction levels.

Purpose of the Study:

To analyze historical data from an "Internet+ Nursing" platform to inform service model optimization.
To investigate the characteristics of the population in need, service pricing, demand, order willingness, and user feedback.

Main Methods:

Retrospective analysis of home care service data from the "Jiuzhou Nursing Care" platform (April 2020 - August 2021).
Involved 279 person-times, analyzing subject information and service status.
Statistical analysis using SPSS 24.0, including frequency, percentage, and chi-square tests.

Main Results:

The "Jiuzhou Online Nurse" platform primarily serves elderly patients, many with self-care limitations.
Average service cost was ¥183.45, with no significant impact of unit cost on service volume.
High satisfaction reported; patients aged 60-74 and those reusing the platform showed higher order rates. Individuals unable to self-care also had higher repeat order rates.

Conclusions:

"Internet+ Nursing" platforms effectively meet elderly patients' needs for home nursing services.
These services improve access to medical treatment and enhance the quality of life for individuals with self-care limitations.
