Sumatriptan may help manage Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) by reducing hyperinflammation. This drug modulates serotonin (5-HT) and inhibits calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), potentially mitigating Covid-19 associated brain and vascular issues.
