Tenascin C in radiation-induced lung damage: Pathological expression and serum level elevation

Tenascin C (TNC) may serve as a novel biomarker for radiation-induced lung damage (RILD) in lung cancer patients. Elevated serum TNC levels after radiotherapy suggest its involvement in RILD onset and severity.
