Decrease in serum asprosin levels following six weeks of spinning and stationary cycling training in overweight women

Spinning exercise significantly reduced serum asprosin levels and improved metabolic health markers in overweight women. Stationary cycling also lowered asprosin but to a lesser extent than spinning.
