Background:

Cardiac angiosarcomas are exceptionally rare and aggressive heart malignancies.
These tumors are associated with a significantly poor prognosis due to their invasive nature.

Observation:

A case report of a 39-year-old woman with a right atrial angiosarcoma.
The angiosarcoma had caused a perforation of the right atrium, highlighting the tumor's destructive potential.

Findings:

A consistent diagnostic delay is observed in cardiac angiosarcoma cases, contributing to unfavorable outcomes.
Cardiovascular sarcoma represents one of the most invasive types of malignant tumors.

Implications:

Radical resection surgery is currently the cornerstone of a comprehensive treatment strategy for cardiac angiosarcoma.
Timely diagnosis and aggressive surgical intervention are critical for managing this rare and deadly condition.
