Antifibrotics and lung transplantation: A Spanish multicentre case-controlled study

Antifibrotic drugs used for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) patients before lung transplantation may lead to earlier chest wall dehiscence. However, this complication did not significantly impact overall survival rates post-transplant.
