Plasma polyunsaturated fatty acid concentrations and sleep apnea risk: A two-sample Mendelian randomization study

This study found no genetic evidence that omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) causally influence sleep apnea (SA) risk. These findings suggest PUFA consumption or supplementation does not reduce SA risk.
