  • Participants performed a box-lifting task (24 boxes, 15 kg each).

  • Asymmetrical moments on the low back were calculated.

  • Experts maintained more static foot positions during lifting compared to novices.
  • Placing feet towards the deposit site increased asymmetrical moments, particularly in novices.
