Is Parthanatos Involved in Varicocele?

Varicocele (VC) causes male infertility by increasing reactive oxygen species (ROS). This study shows Poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) is elevated in VC, suggesting it as a therapeutic target for male reproductive dysfunction.
